Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S27 series could bring one of the company’s most significant display upgrades in recent years, with the Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra reportedly set to feature a new generation of OLED panels.

Reports from the South Korean display industry indicate that Samsung Display is preparing to supply the flagship models with its next-generation M16 OLED technology. If the reports materialise, the upgrade could mark the biggest change to Samsung’s flagship smartphone displays in about three years.
